Weight loss is a reduction of total body weight or body mass due to some medical or natural reasons. Weight Loss is done intentionally to reduce the obesity or to get the nice figure or unintentionally by some diseases, improper diet and due to depression.

To have a weight less then the average weight may lead to some serious problems in women during pregnancy and during older age.

Intentional weight loss refers to the loss of total body mass in an effort to improve fitness and health or to change appearance good.
